Returns Policy:
Very few customers return products to us however, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase from JustaboutBags.com. If, for any reason, we do not meet your expectations, we will gladly refund your purchase, less shipping charges*. The returns procedure is as follows:
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for return instructions (contact@justaboutbags.com) indicating the reason for the return
- All items must be returned, undamaged*, within 7 days of delivery in the original shipping container and packaging. We are not able to reimburse you for shipping charges*.
- We will process a refund of your purchase, less shipping charges*, within 14 business days from the date the item is returned.
- These policies do not negate your UK consumer rights.
*Items damaged during shipment and reported to the carrier: Contact us within 3 business days (contact@justaboutbags.com). We will gladly replace the item for you or provide you with a full refund, including shipping charges.
